• Hitched has their own liquor license and is the exclusive provider for all alcohol service. No outside vendors or carry-in services are permitted.

  • The camper includes bartending and mixology services, all wrapped up with twinkling lights and a festive feeling. You may also provide additional decoration to fit your theme, taking care that they are secured in a way that does not damage the camper. Packages are only offered for private bookings. We service all kinds of private events including weddings, graduation parties, baby showers, tailgates, business functions, after work happy hours, and promotional events. We work with you to create a specialized menu, creative cocktails or mocktails, and flawless bar coordination.

  • We are located in Pittsford, Vermont. We will travel up to 60 miles, free of charge; we will travel further for a disclosed charge per mile. Contact us for a quote!

  • We’ll need a flat and level open space of about 12 feet long x 7 feet wide to comfortably fit our mobile camper plus a little more wiggle room for your guests to mingle. If you’re unsure of the location you have in mind- we can scope out the area and come up with a game plan to make it work! Don’t hesitate to message us with any questions!

  • We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining payment is due by the event date. Event bookings are not refundable. Since our seasons book in advance, it’s hard to fill late cancellations so, unfortunately, cancellations are not refundable. In the situation of inclement weather, it is ultimately the hosts responsibility to arrange for a tent to cover the bar, but we will gladly work with your preferred rental company to find the appropriate size.

  • Please submit an inquiry form on this site and we will get back with you within 48 hours. Once we confirm the date is open, we’ll talk about the theme of your event, number of guests and drink preferences, and then begin the planning process. We’ll then sign the contract for your event with the deposit, securing your date.

  • There is a 3 hour minimum. Each event requires a 2 hour set up + 1 hour cleanup.

  • The bar needs access to a standard 120V outlet and we will provide our own extension cords.

  • Yes we do. We have a POS system that allows us to take card and cash. In order to book us for a cash bar option, there is a rental fee and a bar minimum that must be met.
